Foix is fortunate to have a superb multimodal train station (combined use of several modes of transport), reducing the use of cars. Easy pedestrian access, also for people with reduced mobility, covered bike lockers and bike attachments, bus stops with shelters, tree-lined parking lot with 260 spaces, charging point for electric vehicles, green spaces and flowers. The complex was awarded the Orquasi trophy in 2017 (Observatoire Régional de la Qualité de Service des Infrastructures).
