Restaurant with terrace and chef's menu offering original and creative cuisine

This establishment proposes an original and creative cuisine. The decoration is modern, bright and warm. The daily menus are varied and combine sometimes exotic flavors without forgetting the regional classics such as the duck breast and its home-made fries. The menu also proposes a surprise menu where the chef will concoct some specialities according to his products and his creativity. The plates are copious and tastefully presented. In the summer, there is a terrace in the pedestrian street. One of the few restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays.

Difficile de croire que c’est le meilleur restaurant de Foix. Ce n’est pas mauvais mais ce n’est pas bon non plus. Globalement nos plats manquaient de goût.

Pedimos filete de ternera y nos llevaron, entrecote .Si nos enseñaron el filete en la bolsa al vacio para abrir. Peró al plato entrecote, , que no es lo mismo.Nunca mas.

Quand on ne sait pas reconnaitre un faux filet d une entrecôte on ne mange pas au restaurant...nous n avons pas de filet de boeuf sur la carte nous avons du faux filet !!!!! Et vous êtes de mauvaise foi car nous vous avons montré l étiquette et la viande.
