Closed from July 21 to August 23. Open Tuesday to Saturday evenings; Tuesday to Friday and Sunday lunchtimes. Menus from €29 to €59. Lunch menu: €19.

In a refined atmosphere and with meticulous attention to detail, you'll enjoy Mr. Lamotte's gastronomic, local cuisine, which has been cited in numerous guidebooks: Tables Gourmandes de l'Ariège, Petit Futé, Guide Hubert, Académie Européenne de la gastronomie Française, France Etapes etc....... Le Phoebus was also awarded 2 forks in the Michelin Guide in 2001.
