Located at the top of the Villote alleys, opposite the Gutierrez bakery, the small stone house is not just a simple pizza shack like so many others. It houses a pizza champion. The word is not in vain, David Feral qualified and participated in the French Pizza Championships a few years ago. This Couseranese of origin therefore offers gourmet pizzas at a price that is not astronomical. The cheese used is only mozzarella, except of course for the 4 cheeses which is completed with local cheeses, goats among others. Moreover, the products are mostly local and the dough is made from organic Italian flour. All the necessary preparations are prepared by the pizza chef. A part of the Gastronomic garnish is added after cooking, it is one of the secrets of these exceptional pizzas, certainly the best in the department. In season, salads and sandwiches can be taken in the shade of the parasols installed for the occasion.
