A jewel of American Gastronomy, one can wonder what this type of establishment does in this guide… Whether you like the sandwiches offered by MacDo, you need to recognize the friendliness of a fast lunch break and the kids love! Mac do qui a un problème d’organisation. A 18h45 un dimanche même avec du personnel, ils ne sont pas arrivés à me servir un hamburger simple et des frites dans un temps raisonnable . Plus d’un quart d’heure alors que très peu de client en salle. J’avais commandé à la borne mais la priorité est donnée aux commandes internet. Mon hamburger est arrivé tout écrasé, peu engageant. Pour la lenteur du service, j’en ai parlé au manager et j'ai réussi à avoir plus rapidement mon sandwich. Un point positif que je reconnais..par contre le robot qui répond à mon avis négatif la même chose à tout le monde, c'est pas une réussite.

Les frites sont croustillantes comme on les aime, ce qui est rare dans un MC DO. Formez le personnel des MC DO de Carcassonne à la cuisson des frites !!!...????????????
