Spacious restaurant and showroom, serving delicious, original cuisine in Foix.

Jean-Pierre Loget has opened this new restaurant with a provocative name. Although small, the room is spacious, and you'll find yourself wavering between art gallery and restaurant, as it's also an exhibition space. The cuisine is delicious, with a highly original presentation. We feasted on a brownie-shaped black pudding terrine and a perfect egg with sweet potato, presented like a waffle. A catering service is available for your special events. Con Art, a restaurant that cooks by the book.

Chef talentueux et passionné
Je suis déjà venue à quatre reprises chez Con Art. La carte témoigne toujours de choix judicieux : à la fois consensuelle pour plaire à une majorité, mais aussi suffisamment élaborée pour les clients plus exigeants, à la recherche de nouveautés. Jean-Pierre revisite des classiques, avec un twist contemporain bienvenu. Une maîtrise indéniable de la cuisine, tant sur les cuissons et les textures que sur les associations de saveurs et de couleurs.
Vous serez également très bien accueillis et servis par Remi en salle. Un bon duo de choc !
