Restaurant where the chef creates a creative cuisine with a Japanese influence
The room is bright, the furniture modern. Back when 42 was Medieval, Chef Eric Lemoine had already led us towards Japanese flavors. Now the lords have given way to the shoguns.Harumaki (a kind of baked spring roll) stuffed with chicken and pork, accompanied by shiitake mushrooms, and Japanese-style beef onglet explode with flavors, fragrances and fine, delicately spiced ingredients. Always smiling, Marie-Paule greets you in the dining room with kindness and professionalism.
