Famous for its pancakes, galettes and its personalized stone cooking

The establishment offers pancakes, galettes and especially stone cooking. A rectangular stone is placed on the table, heated beforehand, on which pre-cut and finely sliced food is placed. The cooking is thus personalized and, especially, without any fat. The meats are accompanied by four delicious sauces. If you prefer buckwheat pancakes, you will discover some originalities such as the pancake with Serrano ham or the Ariège pancake: duck aiguillettes, Bethmale cheese and potatoes.
