Laetitia, well known to smart people for her La Cantine and the pink estafette at the market, has left Place Pyrène to set up her "boutique à manger" on Rue Labistours. Fusion cuisine, gourmet sandwiches, ramen, cookies, funky pastries and the famous "riz au lait de la mort qui tue". A multi-influenced cuisine that's, of course, homemade. As always, we discover a wealth of original and creative tastes and textures. The products are fresh, local, in season and from short circuits. Now exclusively "to go".
