The Ariège is rich in more than 500 km of watercourses including 400 km practicable and accessible to white water sports. The rivers are classified from 1 to 6 according to the difficulty of the course. From private individuals to organised groups, you will find in Foix all the formulas and activités : rental, accompanied descent, initiation, improvement, training courses.
