BOULANGERIE HÉBRARD
Foix has many bakeries, but this one shines by its past, its originality and the quality of its bread. It has existed for more than a century and its wooden frontage reminds us of a medieval shop. The store smells good bread, croissants, flour... Thierry Massat, the baker who has been at the helm for 20 years, works in front of his 1901 wood oven. And what comes out of it is nothing but delight and sweetness: sourdough breads and pastries baked in wood and the ravaille (badly baked bread), a traditional bread. Delicious sandwiches in a whole baguette!
