A superb establishment in Rue Lazema, the patisserie-tea room opened by Lauralou, Matthieu and Morgan is a real success. Big window, green façade, classic chic furniture. Matthieu and Morgan, talented pastry artists, will cure all ills with prescriptions of chocolate, lemon meringues and other sweets that do so much good to the body and mind... Their creations bear names, a little outdated but so charming.

Lieu cosy, ambiance chaleureuse, accueil agréable. Je suis arrivée tard donc restait peu de choix au niveau des gâteaux. Le Gaston : gâteau au chocolat, noisette, noix pécan est tout simplement bon, accompagné d'une boisson au kombucha. C'est vrai que c'est un peu cher la pâtisserie (5€) mais ça doit être le prix de la qualité ????. En tout cas, bel endroit pour une pause gourmande !! ????

Sûrement le meilleur brunch que vous pourrez déguster à Foix à un prix très raisonnable, très copieux et délicieux avec un large choix de boissons, je recommande vivement !
