Restaurant offering a cuisine with local products in Seignosse.

The Lesbats family moved to the banks of Lac Blanc in 1926 to open this restaurant, whose layout has not changed much. On the plates, grandson Christophe and his partner Pascale pay tribute to local produce: crispy leg of duck confit, salmis-style pigeon fillets, Rossini-style duck tournedos, pike-perch escalope, French toast-style Landes pastis, apple and Armagnac tourtière? And to order: "Cochinillo" suckling pig baked for 3/4 or 5/6 people.

Restaurant sans prétentions mais bon produits . Goutez le saumon fumé par leur soin. L'été cadre agréable en terrasse. L'hiver par contre la salle est bruyante

very nice setting, could eaten outside at the end of September, loved the hot foie gras, very classic duck. Spent a very pleasant moment, but it is exact it is not great cuisine, but the price either...Fortunately, there are still restaurants where you can eat well and you are not struck by the price
