Restaurant with terrace offering refined dishes in the tradition in Seignosse.
Perfectly located just a few meters from the beach, La Cantine du Oyes is well worth a visit. Compliments go to the young team in place: chef Benoît and those busy in the dining room and on the terrace. With a sound background, people come here for brunch as early as breakfast. At lunchtime, the promising lunch menu is sure to make you want to come back in the evening. The dishes are rather refined, more or less in keeping with tradition, but above all in tune with the times (mussels from Oyes, shrimp roll, Landaise trout...). Very tasty!

Service moyen, les plats n'arrivent pas en même temps,du coup certain ont finit et les autres attendent leur plat. On a eu 4 serveurs différents au cours du repas. La cuisine est très bonne et copieuse et cela relève l'experience.
Avec 2 ou 3 ajustements, ce restaurant peut monter en qualité.
