LES GOURMANDISES DE BLOURS
Pascale cultivates a few acres of land in the heart of the Tarascon and Vicdessos mountains. In a place called Les Grangettes d'En Bas, with an exceptional environment, it grows fruits, vegetables, plants and flowers according to the precepts of organic farming. In particular, it is developing cultivation on fragmented ramial wood, which makes it possible to neutralize many diseases. Pascale also has its own laboratory and processes its own products, which are fed with sun and nature and always picked at the right time. It thus prepares jams, coulis, jellies, syrups and fruit juices, stamped "Marque parc des Pyrénées ariégeoises".
