FERME D CABRIOLAIT
In the heart of the Chalosse region, you'll find Ferme D Ca'briolait, a cheese dairy specializing in the production of goat's milk cheeses. Cassandra, passionate about her profession, raises a magnificent herd of Poitevin goats, whose milk is renowned for its sweetness and quality. Her father, Patrick, transforms this milk daily into different types of cheese, such as "camembique", "reblobique", "biqmolette" and tomme. Visitors can sample these cheeses on site, for a fee. Ferme D Ca'briolait also sells its products on site. Groups of up to 15 people are welcome.
