High altitude establishment where you can enjoy burgers and fries with organic ingredients

The establishment is located at the top of the Col du Chioula at an altitude of 1400 m. The 180° view of the mountains is breathtaking. Enjoy a delicious burger with organic meat from Prades, in Ariège, accompanied by home fries made with AOC and organic potatoes from the Plateau de Sault. If you don't know this variety of potato, you don't know anything about potatoes! For those put off by the word burger, you can enjoy hearty salads, local charcuterie, traditional or stone-grilled meats, and, of course, local trout.

Reservation facile par SMS. Bon accueil à notre arrivée, chien accepté. carte gourmande excellents produits. paysages magnifiques de la terrasse. Avons passé un excellent moment. Je recommande la marmotte toquée.
