Jean-Paul Tisseyre never had a dream of becoming a cutler. However, he has become one of the best craftsmen in his profession and today applies his know-how in two registered brands: Tisseyre and Montségur France. Jean-Paul Tisseyre designs and manufactures mainly unique pieces or small series (folding knives or fixed knives for hiking, hunting, table or kitchen) which are characterized by their originality and the very high quality of the materials used. Among the Best Craftsmen in France since 2007, Jean-Paul Tisseyre attracts many collectors, who do not hesitate to make the way to his workshop in Ariège to have a knife cut to measure, inimitable on the artistic and technical level.
