This brewery in Ariège evokes the bison painted in the Niaux cave. Marie Guera, the brewery's owner, refers to the emotion this bison provoked in her childhood. The beers on offer are handcrafted, using organically grown raw materials (malt, hops and sugar), and are available in Pimprenelle, Perce-neige, CroMignone, Tribale, Fontilla, Flambeuse and Raaahaa! The beers are sold directly from the brewery and in many local establishments. This brewery has become THE reference in the Ariège!

Équipe jeune, dynamique et très sympa. J'ai visité le lieu dans une ambiance cool et la visite a été suivi par une dégustation de bière brassées sur place. Je recommande leur bières !!!

N'achetez pas de bières industrielles... Mais des bières artisanales. Le grand bison : grand choix de bières artisanales et de très bonne qualité
