La cabane à beille is a restaurant where you can find flavors of Lacube and quality products, in short circuit.
If you hear the name "la maison Lacube", you think of quality meats and products, restaurant, sympathy... This famous family has just opened its second establishment on the plateau, where their animals are in summer. It is a real farm snack, always in short circuit: we find here the values and the flavours of Lacube. The place is large and nice and offers hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, beers from Ariège, cakes and croustades, groceries and especially the Mac'Arel burger, well known by smart gourmets.
