Inn with terrace focusing on quality for the reception and the kitchen
The Mazères area is renowned for its tourist sites. We could, we should even add this establishment, jewel of the Mazères gastronomy, held now by the chef Alexandre Bourlet and his wife Julie. The building is superb, on the banks of the Hers-vif, all red brick and pebbles, with imposing arches. Initially the place was a bathhouse. In summer, you can enjoy the superb terrace overlooking the river and offering a beautiful view of the bridge in a typical Toulouse style. The cuisine is as good as the reception: high quality.
