Habemus papam is what is declared when the Vatican Curia elects a Pope. Well, in Ariège we have one also. Ours has only the kitchen for religion. He is named Mike De Saint Nicolas and brings you to the restaurant of Nathalie and Nicolas, but also as a caterer. Dishes are prepared based on fresh and seasonal products and it is possible to order on sale the typical dishes such as bouillabaisse or a cassoulet of grandmothers. Slate is changed regularly. The hotel is located in an exceptional setting, with a magnificent 2 acre flowered park, nestled on the edge of a river and a shaded, shaded terrace of 400 square metres. For major events, a room with a capacity of 200 people is entirely dedicated to weddings, group meals and seminars. What makes the Pope's Paradise the only Restaurant restaurant with such an important reception capacity.

Le parc et la salle pour un mariage sont très sympa. Le personnel souriant et avenant. Le repas très bien présentés avec des produits de qualité et un service bien rodé. Par contrr n'étant qu'invité, je n'ai Aucune idée des prix, mais à priori cet établissement est recommandable.

Endroit splendide, jardin magnifique très bien entretenu. Le vin d'honneur, et les repas étaient excellents, tous nos invités se sont régalés, nous avons eu que des bons retours. Le service était super, merci à Nathan, Carlotta, Nathalie et Nicolas. Nathalie a été là pour nous accompagner durant toute cette journée. Vous avez vraiment su répondre à toutes nos attentes, merci encore.
