The fair for foie gras and other goodies in the run-up to the festive season. Here, you'll find everything you need to make them a success.
On the program: a competition that pits good local products against each other: goose and duck liver, whole geese and ducks, open geese and ducks, capons, turkeys and Guinea geese, and, in a more recent category: goose or duck livers in jars or tins. The jury tastes, and the public can have their say! Of course, gourmands and gourmets can also come and buy the delicacies they'll be concocting for the festive season in the covered market hall. Saturday evening sees the traditional foie gras dinner!
