An excellent address in Mirepoix run by renowned chef Sylviane Galea. You'll enjoy regional, family-style, traditional cuisine based on fresh produce, including apple boudin from Raissac. In the toilet, the mirror is an old yoke. As you enter, you'll be reminded that "we cook" here. And not only that! We peel, we chop, we slice, we pocket, we floure, we deglaze... This is the heart of a family affair. Sylviane's mother, Noëlle, is at the helm, along with her daughter Eugénie, and Lionel.
