In the toilet, the mirror is an old yoke. As you enter, you'll be reminded that "we cook" here. And not only that! We peel, we chop, we slice, we pocket, we floure, we deglaze... This is the heart of a family affair. Sylviane's mother, Noëlle, is at the helm, along with her daughter Eugénie, and Lionel.
