An excellent address in Mirepoix run by renowned chef Sylviane Galea. You'll enjoy regional, family-style, traditional cuisine based on fresh produce, including apple boudin from Raissac. In the toilet, the mirror is an old yoke. As you enter, you'll be reminded that "we cook" here. And not only that! We peel, we chop, we slice, we pocket, we floure, we deglaze... This is the heart of a family affair. Sylviane's mother, Noëlle, is at the helm, along with her daughter Eugénie, and Lionel.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans un cadre magnifique et dans une ambiance très agréable et très sympathique.
Très bon restaurant à ne pas manquer lors de la visite ou des festivités de la cité médiévale de Mirepoix.
Sans parler des réflexions désagréables de la serveuse malgré une addition de 109€ pour deux .
