After 70 years of reigning on the Place des Couverts, the Castignolles café, a place not to be missed in Mirepoix, has left its cutlery to a new team. Castigolles has become Casti. Everything has been renovated, redone and brought up to standard so that this traditional place will still be there in 70 years. The kitchen is open to a very modern decoration, but beware, the tradition remains: pewter bar, half-timberings and visible stones evoke the past of the establishment. At noon, traditional cuisine and in the evening, dishes to share such as tartar with a knife, cheeses...

Plats familiaux de bonne qualité faits maison, produits frais et locaux. Serveurs sympathiques, souriants et dynamiques. Le tout à des prix très corrects. Une très belle surprise pour cette étape familiale à Mirepoix !
