The Flambée is well named. But no, the prices are not soaring: we wanted to talk about heat, which is not just about staying around the pleasant fireplace of this charming little room with its green ceiling and wooden beams that give it an old cachet in harmony with the buildings of the Mirapican city. Au delà de l’emplacement privilégié sur la place des Couverts dans le centre historique de Mirepoix, ce restaurant est une vraie découverte tant au regard du choix, de la qualité et surtout des prix tout à fait abordables. Nous étions 6 et tout était très bon et copieux. Un menu a 15,50€, entre autres, avec entrées, plats et desserts avec des assiettes bien cuisinées et bien garnies, difficile de faire mieux….Un personnel aimable et efficace, peu d’attente malgré le monde.
Bref, si vous êtes dans le coin, allez-y dans retenue…????
