Traditions are respected in this establishment where the fiber of the restaurant and hotel business goes back several generations. Frédéric is in the kitchen and Laurent in the dining room. Recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. The latest generation has remained faithful to the basics, such as omelette aux cèpes, duck, cassoulet, foie gras, gizzards and a number of timeless Ariège dishes made with fresh local produce. Superb shaded terrace. The hotel has 22 comfortable rooms.

Excellente table avec une terrasse ombragée par de beaux arbres. Assiettes copieuses (pour des cyclistes en itinérance c’est important). Cassoulet délicieux. Allez-y !

De passage chaque année à Mirepoix, j'ai l'habitude de me rendre au restaurant Le Commerce avec des amis, c'est un très bon restaurant, extrêmement agréable avec salles et terrasses, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, le personnel d'une grande gentillesse. N'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter, je vous le recommande.
