Traditions are respected in this establishment where the fiber of the restaurant and hotel business goes back several generations. Frédéric is in the kitchen and Laurent in the dining room. Recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. The latest generation has remained faithful to the basics, such as omelette aux cèpes, duck, cassoulet, foie gras, gizzards and a number of timeless Ariège dishes made with fresh local produce. Superb shaded terrace. The hotel has 22 comfortable rooms.

Very classic and quality. Rustic decor and this quaint charm of remind us that we are in countryside, regional dishes for a good appetite but also some elaborate dishes. The wine list is well supplied.
