Here is an address that has made its way into the gastronomic landscape of Mirepoix. Emmanuelle and Sébastien have chosen to leave their city life behind to embark on the great adventure of the restaurant business and have created a welcoming, warm place with a modern décor of high tables and perched chairs. The cuisine delights our taste buds with dishes made from fresh, seasonal produce. The menu is constantly renewed according to what is available. Outside, a large garden isolates the place from the hubbub of the Place des Couverts to enjoy the summer calm.

On ne peut que recommander cette établissement, excellente cuisine inventive avec ce petit plus dans la présentation des plats, ainsi qu'une cave
pour choisir son vin. Personnel sympathique et très accueillant

Venus plusieurs fois en famille, nous nous sommes à chaque fois régalés les papilles. La carte est bien pensée, la cave remplie de bon produits, les tarifs sont honnêtes que ce soit pour les entrées les plats et les desserts. Mention spéciale pour la cuisson des viandes en été, au feu de bois. Notre côte de bœuf était particulièrement bonne. Le cadre est très joli, dans un petit jardin. Il en va de même pour les restaurant à la décoration sobre bien qu'originale. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons par le pays cathare. Merci à l'équipe pour son professionnalisme,

Restaurant exceptionnel dans un cadre
magnifique. De quoi créer de beaux souvenirs de vacances.
Les plats et la viande étaient exquis, bien assaisonnés et accompagnés.
Le personnel très agréable également.
