Lucie Guiraud-Kowalczyk has been running her small farm in the hills not far from Mirepoix for over ten years. Here, in the peace and fresh air, her pretty ewes give birth to lambs that are raised simply on grass and with their mothers. Her customers are mainly private individuals who come to visit the farm and pick up their meat parcels. In addition to wool, she offers parcels containing lamb legs, shoulders, merguez or chipolatas for direct sale.
