Cosy bistro with terrace and delicious traditional cuisine with local products
Christian Guilhot had the excellent idea to come down from the plateau of Beille to come to treat us in the restaurant of the museum of the Forges in an establishment entirely renovated in bistro style, up to the terrace which gives on the river. A small private room is available for professional meetings. The cuisine is traditional, varied, delicious, made from local products and favoring short circuits. You will find here all the good suppliers of the Ariège. Excellent welcome, smile and sense of humor. A smart bistro address !
