Cosy bistro with terrace and delicious traditional cuisine with local products

Christian Guilhot had the excellent idea to come down from the plateau of Beille to come to treat us in the restaurant of the museum of the Forges in an establishment entirely renovated in bistro style, up to the terrace which gives on the river. A small private room is available for professional meetings. The cuisine is traditional, varied, delicious, made from local products and favoring short circuits. You will find here all the good suppliers of the Ariège. Excellent welcome, smile and sense of humor. A smart bistro address !

Incroyable ! Un des meilleurs restaurants en Ariège.
Nous avons dîner en terrasse, la vue est superbe .
Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est adorable.
Cuisine excellente, bon produits locaux et super rapport qualité prix .

Restaurant bij Parc le Pyrene. Je kunt er ook eten als je het park niet bezoekt. Lunchmenu heeft veel keus van een houten menubord. Mooi opgemaakte borden, grote porties. Reserveren noodzakelijk voor de lunch, want het zit vol met werklui, parkbezoekers en mensen die speciaal voor het restaurant komen. Forel als voorgerecht: erg smakelijk. Eend als hoofdgerecht: eend was zeer mals. Bijgerechten waren bij alle borden hetzelfde, maar die waren prima. Ik zat te vol voor een dessert.
