Taken over a few years ago by Sébastien and Anelise Soler, this restaurant has been well known by the Fuxéens for generations. The young chef is up to the challenge of the place and concocts tasty dishes based on local and seasonal products. No menu but a 3 course menu or a choice of slates, starters, main courses and desserts which change every day and vary according to the seasons and the Chef's wishes.
