Address concocting quality dishes with products of the artisans of Ariège
Surrounded by the mountains, Fabien Questroy and his girlfriend are at the piano at this excellent table. The dishes shine by the quality of their products made by the best Ariège craftsmen and their meticulous decoration. You will taste for example the Aston trout, the Ariège lamb, the Azinat... The house proposes a mountjhetade (or mounjetado in Occitan), the Ariège version of the cassoulet, copious and surely one of the best cassoulets of the region. An excellent address.

Tout était parfait. Nous nous sommes régalés.Très Bon rapport qualité prix. Cassoulet ariégeois extra tout comme le foie gras.
