Elegantly decorated restaurant with a tasty daily menu
Managed by a professional and talented team, met at Le Poêlon in Montgaillard. The decor has changed, more elegant with black chairs with brown wood edges. Cloth napkins, even for lunch. The Fox enjoyed a tasty menu of the day: scallop ravioli with saffron sauce and leeks, a veal blanquette that melted in the mouth and for dessert, Melba strawberries, very fragrant, deliciously accompanied by a homemade whipped cream. May the best wind turn the wings of this mill!

Belle soirée en terrasse au bord du canalet qui longe le boulevard, le restaurant le moulin remonte dans mon estime, un repas délicieux, goûteux et fin, un accueil chaleureux et un bon vin, merci????

Je vous conseille vivement d’aller faire un tour du côté ce ce beau moulin et découvrir sa cuisine d’exception ariégeois, avec des produits frais sublimé dans de très belles assiettes.
Et un personnel très accueillant, agréable et sympathique ????
