Opened in July 2023 by Nadia and Christian Caralp, this new Appamean canotier is an ice-cream parlour/crêperie/tea room offering delicious, hearty buckwheat pancakes, seasonal fruit crêpes (with homemade chantilly), waffles, and the tasty ice creams of the well-known Philippe Faur. All washed down with lively cider or a local beer... among others! You can pay on the spot or take away, or even have it delivered. The ingredients are fresh and organic. The smile and friendliness are there for all to enjoy. A very nice address, hats off to you!
