The cuisine is resolutely traditional and regional. You will have the choice in different menus or take a "Plat bistrot". The menu also offers a choice of fish. It is a friendly and lively place. Superb shaded terrace overlooking the square with around a relaxation area, a playground for the little ones and to finish a nice digestive stroll along the canal.

The Restaurant La Bascule welcomes you in a warm and family atmosphere. Enter this Ariège stopper, on the edge of the canal and the Esplanade de Millame, and discover its "Bistrot" dishes presented in an original way.
