This home-made confectionery and local speciality is made of a tender meringue envelope perfumed with vanilla filled with a creamy hazelnut praline, the size of a walnut and very light. Génial ! On se rend sur place après vérification des horaires sur Google, ils sont en congés jusqu'au 26 février ! Ça aurait été sympa de mentionner les congés pour m'éviter un trajet de 30 bornes !!
