This home-made confectionery and local speciality is made of a tender meringue envelope perfumed with vanilla filled with a creamy hazelnut praline, the size of a walnut and very light. Le Flocon d'Ariège est une confiserie typique de l'Ariège. C'est un cœur de praliné noisette dans un écrin blanc meringué. Le Flocon d'Ariège est un symbole de cette région, les gourmands ne seront pas déçus en pénétrant dans la petite boutique de la Tour du Crieu. Pas facile de trouver ce petit magasin, mais quel bonheur lorsqu'on y entre! Des sachets, des petites boites, des grandes boites, des paniers, des pots, toutes les folies sont possibles. Confiseries uniques, les Flocons d'Ariège sont inégalables,inimitables et locaux. Ils ont récemment élargi leur gamme de produit en proposant des flocons à la violette. Futé!
