Formerly the Auberge Batby, the establishment facing Soustons lake was taken over by Charlène and chef Thomas in June 2023, renaming it Auberge de la Pointe. Here, you can enjoy refined cuisine in elegant surroundings and a warm welcome. That day, we tried the delicious fresh goat's cheese cheesecake as a starter, followed by the duck vol-au-vent with its multicolored pan-fried cabbage. A regularly changing daily menu is also available. A highly recommended address for homemade dishes made with fresh, seasonal produce!
