Formerly the Auberge Batby, the establishment, facing Lake Soustons, was taken over by Charlène and chef Thomas in June 2023, renaming it Auberge de la Pointe. Here you can enjoy refined cuisine in elegant surroundings and a warm welcome. That day, we sampled a delicious cheesecake with fresh goat's cheese, followed by a duck vol-au-vent with pan-fried cabbage. A daily menu is also available. A highly recommended address for homemade dishes made with fresh, seasonal produce! There are also a number of single rooms.
