Emmanuelle and Fabrice welcome you to a calm and serene setting, with a panoramic view over Lake Soustons! Every weekday lunchtime, you can choose the daily special or one of the menus. And don't forget the Chef's suggestions! Turbot with saffron sauce, fillet of sea bass with Soustons peanut sauce, magret fellini with foie gras sauce, grilled pig's trotter, pigeon flambé with capucin, Landes tourtière with apples... The menu changes with the seasons. We appreciate the meticulous presentation. A perfect waterfront address for a family meal.

Une équipe très sympathique, toujours prêt à satisfaire le client. Le sourire et la gentillesse sont la. Quant à ce que l on a dans l assiette, vous ne serez déçu ni par la qualité, ni par la quantité.
Vous passerez un moment agréable.
En tout cas c est mon cas à chaque fois ! A j oubliais.....la vue sur le Lac magique........
