Taking with her the name Armagnathèque, which she registered, and her precious bottles, Myriam sold the business and the place was reinvented as the wine cellar La Cave en Gascogne, before being transformed once again into Lady Vins by another Mymy this year. After having travelled the roads with her itinerant wine bar, the young woman set down her crates in the center of Soustons to offer a fine selection and tasting evenings.
