Above the village of Roquefort-les-Cascades, the 30-metre high tuffier waterfall has a singular appearance due to its very calcareous water which deposits a white to beige tuff on the grasses and mosses at the bottom of the waterfall forming a fragile crust with a texture reminiscent of a sponge. Come in the spring when the water is abundant due to the melting of the snow. In winter the icefall is also worth a visit. There are many shaded picnic sites along the trails leading up to the waterfall.
