LE FOURNIL D'ESTÈBE
Every Friday Yannick Estebe welcomes you to the Estèbe bakery. Yannick defines himself as a peasant baker. Every week, he treats the village and the region to his delicious and original "Foursalou". It is an old wheat bread, semi wholemeal, with real leaven, kneaded by hand according to an artisanal method and finally, cooked on a wood fire. This loaf is made of flour that is ground on site. The salt comes from Noirmoutier, renowned for its quality. This bread, rich in fiber and perfectly dietetic, is labeled AB (organic).
