During the last 10 years, Pao Magny, this young chef from Ariege, has offered us all his talents in an inventive cuisine full of sensibility in this "small house", an establishment whose reputation has continued to grow.

Today he has decided to embark on a new adventure with his conquered and enthusiastic clientele and offers you this talent for the success of your receptions, exceptional moments for every occasion: Weddings, cocktails, baptisms, seminars, family meals, gala dinners...

Cooking is an art and Pao Magny devotes his life to sublimating flavors, distilling the essential with great generosity, elaborating a seasonal cuisine with subtle associations, mixing flavors with great delicacy.

The variation of the proposed dishes will carry you further in a gustatory universe carrying succulent discoveries and signed of a delicate visual.

This ritual is always closed by a farandole of tasty desserts of which this young Chef holds the secret.
