You can do a lot with a cannon. You can shoot it, you can drink it, you can watch it go by... Our Saint-Giron cannon has literally changed course. The interior has been completely redone, and the pizzeria has been transformed into a friendly café, brasserie, restaurant and grill for greater diversification. The cuisine has been diversified, concocted using local and seasonal produce. On the menu, you'll find surprises like marrow bones, delicious foie gras and morel gourmet eggs... and even a whole lobster!

En plus c'est un rare restaurant ouvert 7/7 à Saint Girons
Accueil non sympathique, on a l'impression de déranger. Dommage... car café bien situé et je pense qu'ils auront du monde grâce à l'emplacement... mais bonjour l'accueil ????
