The Georgette is a hybrid fork, knife and spoon designed by Jean-Louis Orengo. This aesthetically successful all-rounder slices, spreads, picks and picks. Cut from thick, food-grade stainless steel, La Georgette comes in a range of finishes: shiny, matt, silver-plated metal, black titanium, gold or bronze. There's even a version for left-handers! Many chefs have adopted it, including Alain Ducasse and Hélène Darroze. This year, Le George appeared: a prehistoric double-edged knife!
