Gastronomic restaurant, Bib Gourmand Michelin, directed by Paul Fontvieille, located in the prestigious Palais des Evêques. Each dish is worked with care and inventiveness in the greatest respect of organic and local products and local flavors. Here is a high-end cuisine, elegant, tasty. Design cutlery, large crystal glasses, and typical Pyrenean knives.... The most beautiful place in the department to the palace of the bishops To Saint-Lizier, pretty terrace overlooking the city with views with 360 of the Pyrenees, and the exceptional room, when the dish with delicious, affordable prices the midi.une of the best restaurants in the department congratulations!

It is a good restaurant very well located in a pleasant setting with a superb view of Saint-Lizier and the valley. A warm welcome but nobody to accompany us at the cloakroom during our departure!. Pleasant brisk service but taking into consideration price the cuisine is not exceptional.

to equalize the best gourmet tables department The welcome nondescript, the service is provided by stagiares. Cotai cuisine nothing that surprises, lack of creativity that it is the dishes on offer and their presentation L dish has. Applies to its view exlusivement. Expensive for an average service.
